Partner Requirements
To maintain the RidexAfrica standard across all partner operations, we require:
A minimum fleet of 3 vehicles in good condition (max 5 years old)
Valid commercial transport license in your operating jurisdiction
Comprehensive vehicle insurance for all fleet vehicles
All drivers background-checked and professionally licensed
Commitment to response time standards and service protocols
Willingness to adopt the RidexAfrica driver app and dispatch system
Maintaining a minimum 4.5/5.0 customer rating
