We use your information to: process and manage your bookings, communicate booking confirmations and updates, assign and brief drivers, improve our service quality, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We share necessary booking information with assigned drivers to complete your transfer. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use Stripe for payment processing, which has its own privacy policy.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure password hashing, and access controls. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request a copy of all data we hold about you. Contact privacy@ridexafrica.com to exercise these rights.
