Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a transfer through RidexAfrica, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email with your booking reference. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion. Bookings made through our platform are subject to availability.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed are fixed and inclusive of the transfer service as described. Prices do not include gratuity, which is at the customer's discretion. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All transactions are in the displayed currency.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows are non-refundable.
5. Flight Monitoring
We monitor flights at no additional charge for up to 2 hours of delay. Extended delays beyond 2 hours may result in rescheduling subject to availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by flight cancellations beyond our control.
6. Liability
RidexAfrica's liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed connections, or consequential damages arising from service delays. All vehicles are fully insured in accordance with local regulations.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration rules.
